Weekly & Monthly Rates Available during Off Season only and on a Limited Basis

Chalk Bluff is proud to offer accommodations at reasonable rates. In order to maintain this high degree of service to our guests, we ask that the following be observed. A minimum 2 nights is required to make an advanced reservation on cabins and camping. One night deposit required for cabins. (DELETE-during peak season.) (ADD-Three nights is required for holiday weekend (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.) )Holiday weekends require a two-night deposit. RV and campsites require a $40.00 deposit. Deposits apply 100% toward your stay and must be received within 10 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are refunded at 90%. No refunds thereafter. Cancellations must be received in writing with signature via mail, fax at 830-278-5564 or via email at parkchalkbluff@aol.com. No refunds due to inclement weather. You are responsible for all nights reserved.

Sleeps 8, maximum of 12 people and 1 tent. Jane and Tarzan are a duplex, no adjoining door.

Day Visitors are allowed in the park from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm in the summer for a fee of $5.00 and 8:30 am
until dark in the winter for a fee of $3.00.

For Rent: Kitchen Box $5.00 per Day - Linen Box-sheets and blankets for two double beds, four towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mat $7.00 per day. Sheets and blankets for two twin beds, two towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mat $4.00 per day. Combination Special - Kitchen box, both linen boxes and six pillows for $14.00 per day. Check with office for number of boxes needed per cabin - Pillows $.50 ea. per Day.

PAVILION & KITCHEN:

Price: Per 12 hour time period $200.00 - Persons attending functions at Pavilion and to enter park - $5.00

Additional hours will be determined by availability and

may result in an additional charge.

Deposit: $50.00 due within 10 days of making reservations.

Cancellation: 90% refunded if canceled 30 days prior to date reserved. Less than 30 days, no refund.

Cleaning Deposit: $50.00 to be refunded after premise inspection.
